Hero Points 3.1 for Dynamics RMS Now Available

Hero Points 3.0 for Dynamics RMS was made available for purchase on October 1, 2009, but we somehow to make the perfect loyalty program better! Hero Points 3.1 introduces four different point accelerators, letting you change the number of points collected based on different criteria:

Recurring Accelerator lets you increase the number of points collected on certain days of the week or hours of the day
Purchase Level Accelerator accelerates points collected after a customer spends a threshold lifetime total at your store
Calendar Accelerator lets you make a promotion period by days in the calendar
Customer Accelerator allow your favorite customers to collect more points, or exclude specific customers from the program

Hero Points 3.1 Accelerators

In addition to this, Hero Points 3.1 is now HQ-compatible, allowing you to share customer points data across multiple locations.

In-depth program management: exclude customer categories, enable welcome points and have greater control over how points are awarded
