Q Rewards Loyalty Program for RMSRetail Hero's Q-Rewards (a.k.a. Originally designed as the answer to the specific requirements of the Pet Food Retailers (to implement the common program supported by many pet food manufacturers known as "Buy 10 Bags Get 1 Free"), AQRMS for Microsoft Dynamics RMS can be successfully applied to any other retail industry that deals with quantity purchases and rewards for loyal customers. Examples are:

  • Pet Food Stores: "Buy 10 Get 1 Free Program"
  • Coffee shops: every 10th cup of coffee is free
  • Vitamin stores/health bars: every 7th power shake is 50% off
  • Sports equipment: every 10th can of tennis balls is free
  • Specialty clothing stores/boutiques: buy 10 sets of expensive underwear of a certain brand or price range and get 11th with 75% discount

Screen 1. AQRMS Manager. Creating the Product Groups. There may be unlimited number of product groups based on common criteria, such as product vendor, type, price or size. Group setting is flexible enough to allow variety of discount models and scenarios.

 
Screen 2. POS Addon - Select A Customer. Allows customer search by scanning a customer account number from a loyalty card, or finding the customer by any combination of last name, first name and phone number (including online search using White Page service[1] in Canada or US). Or to create a new customer account.
If a qualified item is rung up and a customer account is not selected, the add-in will automatically prompt the cashier to select the customer or create a new account. It also allows the cashier to proceed without using the account if the customer refuses to participate in the "Frequent Buyer" program.

Screen 3. Customer Purchases. This is a part of the program that shows details of the previous customer purchases. Displays the purchase date relevant to a specific group.


Screen 4. A Closed Batch report – indicating that a free or discounted item (depending on the group setting) has been given to the customer as a result of participating in the 'Frequent Buyer' program.
At POS, the process of determining when the customer becomes eligible to receive the discounted item, and applying the discount during the transaction is completely automated by the RMS addin.


Screen  5. Automatic discount (according to the group setting – at 100% in this case) is granted to the customer once the quantity threshold is reached. The system automatically evaluates the item in the transaction that must be discounted, separates it as a separate line item if is needed and applies the discount. After applying discount a new batch for the customer/group is opened.
