Retail Hero's Q-Rewards for Microsoft Dynamics RMS is a customer loyalty program that gives item discounts based on the quantity of items purchased. You've seen it before: Buy 10 get 1 Free, Buy 5 get 1 at 50% off...

Now you can do the same with Q-Rewards without the hassle of the dreaded stamp-cards and folders. In Q-Rewards, you assign items to groups, and any purchases from that item group will get your customers one step closer to getting a discounted item from that same group. And you can have an unlimited number of these groups. Q-Rewards can be successfully applied to many retail industries that deal with quantity purchases and rewards for loyal customers.

  • Pet Food Stores: "Buy 10 Get 1 Free Program"
  • Coffee shops: every 10th cup of coffee is free
  • Vitamin stores/health bars: every 7th power shake is 50% off

There may be an unlimited number of product groups based on common criteria, such as product vendor, type, price or size. Group setting is flexible enough to allow variety of discount models and scenarios.

Search by scanning a customer account number from a loyalty card, or find them by any combination of last name, first name and phone number (including online search using White Page service[1] in Canada or US). You can also create new accounts here.

Automatically redeem the collected points at the POS. The cashier is promted to ask the customer to redeem the points.

The customer receipt shows the point collecting and redeeming details.

In addition to having two Hero Points reports in RMS Manager, now you can generate a customer points history report right from the application screen and save or print it as pdf!
