A new way to reward the loyal customer with free gifts is introduced with the new customer loylaty add-on for Dynamics RMS from Retail Hero.
A with Hero Points, the customer collects points according to a flexible schedule which retail defines. The retailer also defines redemption thresholds, i.e. the minimum number of points the customer must have to receive the gift etc... Another great advantage that this loyalty program is fully RMS HQ-enabled, i.e. it can be used in a multi-location chain with points collected and redeemed at each chain location!

- Create your own point collection and redemption schedules

- Print the point collection or redeeming information on the receipt
